At the table d' hôtes
(dinner with guests) you can taste provencal specialities, but
not only, in a homely atmosphere. |
|
In our mas, in a living room with
fireplace, or more often outside under the porch you can taste
provencal specialities, all centred on typical
mediterranean products: olives, zucchine, egg-plants, tomatoes
...
|
|
|
But you can taste also some
italian specialities, (lasagne, see food pasta ...) and some
asiatic dishes.
|
On demand we can organize a provencal
cooking course (min. 4 persons) with a professional chef, Christine, who
will transmit you her art, throught preparation of delicious menu
a theme.
You'll make
and take away some preserves too, to remember flavours and fragances
of Provence.

But the most
interesting is that Christine, who has always been living here,
will guide you to discover typical provençales places
and people : fish & vegetables market, cellars and winegrowers
who will tell you about our regional wine.
